The Ultimate HS6 induction system for Volvo B20 and B18 engines
This complete induction system has been assembled from those parts which represent the best of both SU and Volvo original components. These parts have been rebuilt to the highest standard, and modified to produce a combination of parts which provide performance and service that the two factories never achieved in a production automobile. Included are:
The HS6 carbs have the three bolt air filter flange, and use the spring loaded needles that were later incorporated in the HIF series carbs. The needles are BBB, which are capable of supporting up to 140 bhp in a B20. As they are spring loaded, no jet centering is every required – they are perfectly centered as installed. These carbs have the concentric throttle return springs, which eliminate the need to use the ungainly and wear-producing manifold washer anchored springs. The secondary throttle plate levers have been removed from the throttle bellcranks. The deceleration valves originally fitted in the throttle plates have been removed and soldered over. The float chambers are vented by hose, rather than the simple hole of the earlier style HS. All steel components have been gold cadmium plated. The carbs have been rebuilt with new shafts, Teflon lined steel bushings, jets, float valves, and all gaskets.
The aluminum manifold has been carefully blended internally to remove all casting flash and produce a smooth transition to the intake ports and centering rings. It has been bead blasted and acid washed. All of its steel fittings have been gold cadmium plated.
The linkage is correct for the 122S body. Parts are available for the 1800S models as well. The linkage has been gold cadmium plated.
The exhaust manifold is a late B20E part, coated with Eastwood high temperature paint.
All needed carb to manifold and air filter gaskets are included, as well as gold cadmium plated nuts to mount the carbs to the manifold, and gold cadmium plated bolts for the three bolt style air filters.

Triumph TR-3 Carburetor Set
These carburetors are AUC878 F and R for the 1959 to 1962 TR-3, TR-3A, and TR-4 automobiles. They have been completely rebuilt, including new throttle shafts and plates, and Teflon bushings have been installed. New float valves, main jets, and all gaskets, clevis pins, and locks have been fitted. All of the ferrous parts have been gold cadmium plated, including the interconnecting shaft and accordion clamps which is included. All brass parts have been polished. They look and perform as new carburetors. Air filter and manifold gaskets are also supplied
